Maybe there's a reason Giourd hasn't scored since January, ffs that should of been in

This is gonna be one of those nights where we are completely in charge but still concede and lose to Swanseas only two chances isnt it

Apart from the goal there hasn't been too much to shout about here tonight. Great finish for the goal Mertesacker just standing looking at Routelege scoring has to be the worst part of the whole lot. Tonight is the type of night we should be making a statement of intent after all that's happened at the weekend.

If results stay the way the are in other matches, this is a massive 45 mins

How was that not a foul. When things are not going your way its tough but we have looked more of a threat tonight.

    Need to get a win

Big if but yeah they have to come out and go gun-ho for it!

Really thought City would go on a run after Sunday but seems unlikely now.

Campbell has looked very bright. Pretty much has been the only plus for me tonight so far

Pool 2-0 up on City now. If they can did out a win tonight it could still be a big result

That would mean this team are under pressure and will no doubt f**k it up. If we don't get a win tonight the whole lot of them can piss off along with Wenger.

Need a win and a few goals for the GD,
Not surprised Campbell has scored I reckon I was one of the few calling for him to be taken back from on loan, but I knew Wenger would drop him soon as his faves came back. Anyways at this point the only one who can mess it up is Wenger.

2 nil Liverpool. A real chance to put daylight between us and City now at least!

You should manage the team you really do know it all

Campbell justifying his place again. You wouldn't see Ox improvise like that for a goal and Walcott doesn't have the footballing brain to even conceive of something that effective.

I'm a fan of Mertesacker but him standing there like a statue while Routledge was racing through, that was pretty bad.

Sanchez gives away possession so easily at times

So Welbeck starts on Sunday V ManU , scores and did quite well I thought, and would link up well with Campbell I reckon, but Giroud starts tonight.

Alexis looks destined not to score.

It's the complete lack of chance creation that is most frustrating. Fabianski hasn't had a lot to do tonight and that's worrying

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,416 ✭✭✭sonic85

I hope to god walcotts not coming on. It'll be like playing with 10. Welbeck please

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 483 ✭✭DeclanRe

Yea - can't believe im saying this, but Sanchez needs to come off. Welbeck on for Sanchez please

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,526 ✭✭✭KaiserGunner

Yeah it's come to the stage now where I don't have any confidence in any of our players to convert chances. We have been so toothless and wasteful in front of goal for weeks.

I actually can't handle this. Feel like turning off GSS and just keeping myself occupied by something else, waiting for the inevitable.

Come on lads Jesus Christ just grow some balls and get on with it.

    Complete bullsh*t

Bad sign that they waited for the ref to blow the whistle there. No-one wanted to get on with it, play until the ref blows the whistle.
