Yeah, I feel for Sam. Perfect gameplan really absolutely destroyed due to idiocy. As a manager you just can't legislate for that.

Sunderland have an excellent kid out on loan in the Championship called Jordan Pickford who has stepped up a division almost every year since he went out on loan first and has been playing with the England U-21's of late. United and Spurs have been linked to him too.

I'd honestly recall and play him, but I suspect Sam will give Pantilimon another chance as he singled him out for praise in a recent interview regarding his thoughts on the squad.

It's interesting that Raheem Sterling is now playing as a conventional number nine - ready to get on the end of anything City's 'number 10' (Wilfried Bony) can flick on/play in.
