Not according to the official rules here

If a cup match is drawn, then the following tie-breaks will be applied until a winner is found:

Most goals scored in the Gameweek
Fewest goals conceded in the Gameweek
Virtual coin toss

But as it's my first year in the Boards FF I'm open to correction from any of the usual organisers. Won't be doing the draw until tomorrow evening so have until then to resolve but according to official rules I think you're out I'm afraid

I don't think there's anything to suggest an own goal should be subtracting one from the total. Reckon you'd have to be going with that unless provided with something to suggest it does.

Have to admit, the chips aspect now in the game has made any cup competitions that we are in, a lot more difficult to win! Frustrating that I got knocked out of this due to someone playing one of the chips. Going forward, in all cups I'm in, I really would rather see the chips not brought into consideration, even if they are used.

Oh I completely agree that it's too late for this competition. AFAIK, they do count in H2H too. Possibly a slight oversight by FPL.

Like a lot of finals we have a tight and nervy low-scoring affair. 16-16 after the 3pm kick-offs with Lucas Hood leading by one goal conceded. If this does finish all square on points, goals for and goals against the official rules call for a virtual coin toss. However, as we're not on as tight a schedule as FPL we'll do a replay next week if goals for and against can't break a tie.

Both teams have a pair of players involved in the late match. Both have de Bruyne so this evening's match is a head-to-head between Lucas' Aguero and Christy's Ighalo.
