    Hi
I would like to apply for hunting license but i got no land to hunt on is there any land that the country owns and that you can actually go on and hunt? Like a forest or something?

and also what do i need to get a hunting license? and what are the best steps to do to actually hold all the license so i can actually use a gun?

I've posted on your other thread regarding a firearms license but i'll leave this thread as it's a slightly different angle.
is there any land that the country owns and that you can actually go on and hunt? Like a forest or something?
    No.

All land is owned by someone (state or not) and requires written permission to shoot on. Some land, especially state land, requires extra licenses and usually a fee to shoot on. So private permissions or by being a member of a gun club is the better option.
and also what do i need to get a hunting license?
Your firearms license allows you to shoot most type of game without the need for separate or additional license. The exceptions being (but not limited to) deer, foreshore, Coilte lands. All game have seasons. They are usually open seasons meaning you can shoot them but ONLY during the designated months. A list of these can be found here. Any game not on this list would be, unofficially, classed as vermin and can be shot year round with no season. Other species, on the list, are fully protected. This means they have no season and can never be shot. EVER.
and what are the best steps to do to actually hold all the license so i can actually use a gun?
Have a read of the other thread for info on gun licenses. Each gun must be licensed. There is no one license for numerous guns. You must show good reason for needing each gun and fulfill security, personal and medical steps to obtain a firearm license.

The best thing you can do is to start visiting ranges and gun clubs. Get a feel for the sport, the guns and see what you think before committing to any purchase.
