Got 76 and I don't have Aguero. Happy enough with that all things considered.

    109 points

    Arsenal win

    Ireland win

    A good day.

    114 for the week.
I should be in the top 10k now. :)
Delighted I kept Ayew and he has finally justified going for him over Gomis in gw3 WC

What wildcard team did you settle on in the end?
    Myhill Hennessey
    Kolarov Azpi Souaré Bertie Saylor
    Sanchez KDB Payet Mahrez Wanyama
    Agüero Martial Vardy

Gambled on Azpi (therefore had to keep Saylor) for Chelsea 3 home games out of 4. They will also have Norwich, Bournemouth, Sunderland & Watford at home following these 4 games. I thought Mourinho would first try to get solid at the back like he likes to do and like they did home to Arsenal. I maybe went too much ahead of the curve and gave too much credit to the London "derby" since it was mainly a rough game...

Ah well, if I only got 2 wrong decisions (with keeping Saylor) out of the 8/9 key ones I had to make in my WC I can still be delighted about it ;).

108 all done. Ayew and Sanchez today turned a good week into a great week.

109 all out and well pleased even though Utd got hammered.

Reckon I have risen 1.3m places in OR since I took my -20, success imo.

Dier was a major error on my part and has been sold, Bellrin in, total rage transfer but so be it.

Just added what my score would have been if I hadn't wildcarded. 84 vs 121. 37 point difference. Gw8 wildcard rules:D

4 points from 5 players today.

Toby Alderweireld, Dier, Darmian, Gomis and Barkley

    Not impressed.

    76 with Aguero as (C)

76 points and still a catastrophe of a gameweek

110 once Surman comes off the bench for Mahrez. Was already well placed at 175k coming into the weekend, hopefully pushing 10kish tonight.

Awesome weekend, great to have normal service resume so resoundingly!

Have him & Aguero! Considering Ighalo which will allow me to upgrade my 5.5 midfielder to Mane

    Finished on 99 (-8).

Not bad although once again my defence gave me feck all.

Was it Busts here who benched Pedro for Ayew? Extremely brave and ultimately very good decision. Fair play.

Ye it was me but I panicked last minute and put Pedro in. However due to having a strong front 8 a strategy I recommended to my good friend fhfc I got ayew in off the bench for mahrez .

Some chap in work league got 84 points, doesn't have aguero, played one up front and caption silva.

    That's some achievement

107 all in after Bellerins bonus. Still kinda annoyed. Was all set to get Pelle for Benteke a couple of weeks back until Martial became all the rage and practically everyone had him and rose 0.3 so that's cost me big time.

A strong front 8 strategy is something I'll be giving serious consideration to in the next few weeks. My 5th midfielder Westwood has wound up in my team in 3 of the 8 GW so far, contributing a grand total of 5 points. No one likes seeing points left on the bench but the other side of the coin is that subs are called upon in a considerable percentage of GWs.

    108

Probably my highest ever score in a non-double gameweek

According to FFFIX only 1% of players own Aguero, DeBruyne and Sanchez. All of them regulars on this forum apparently.

    I'm in that posse!

    80 all in
    Sanchez (c) - 32
    Aguero - 25
    Ighalo - 9
    Cech - 7
    Richards - 2
    Martial - 2
    Kouyaté - 2
    Depay - 1
    Barkley - 1
    Darmian - (-1)
    Kompany - 0

    3rd week I've only had 10 players.
    Very annoying

Defender brought in and Depay out for De Bruyne.
I finally lost patience with him, should have been weeks ago.
I was on 36 points last night so finishing in 80 today without Aguero as captain is pretty decent

    111 with a -12. Very happy.

    Wilson --> Vardy FT
    Pedro -->Payet -4
    YaYa --> Debruyne -8

And the quest for resale value made me go Wanyama --> Drinkwater for -12. Probably should have left that one in hindsight but se la vie.

You have any transfer in mind? It'd use up all my free funds but I am thinking about Dier to Bellerin.

I do see the merits of the strong front 8 strategy but I just never like the lookof the team. My main dislike is its inflexibility in that with the budget spread around it's hard to accommodate the big hitter who suddenly hits form.

Look at it another way, if you'd had the budget you may well have fitted in KDB this week.

I had a rotten run which has tested my squad abnormally and has been more than my fts can keep up with. First the Gomez era ended, then Wilson, Yaya injured, Mahrez inexplicably dropped and Naughton dissappears for 'personal reasons'. It won't always be like that, and usually a defender subbing in with 2 points or maybe more is fine by me. Meanwhile 6m forwards won't cut it forever either.
