Of course you can. You tell Ibe what he should be doing. You explain why he should be doing it. You show video of what happens when you do the thing he wants you to do and how it can be effective.

You tell Coutinho to stop shooting from everywhere. you run patterns of play and drills for movement to overload and switch play. If they're doing the wrong things over and over again, it's the managers fault.
