Your job...manage them. Get the best out of them. Find ways to use their strengths effectively and minimize their weaknesses. That's what a manager does.

I really don't think anyone can argue that any of these players are playing at the height of their abilities. Quite the opposite. They've all, to a man, shown they're capable of much more than they're doing right now.

That is true. I'll concede that. But him getting the sack isn't just based on tonight's performance which is what we are talking about in real terms. And overall the tripe purchased has us in this position
