Our star player is definitely out injured so we have to make changes but our reserves are Champions too and will play like Champions and be more than enough to win. It's like having a blanket that is too small for the bed. You pull the blanket up to keep your chest warm and your feet stick out. I cannot buy a bigger blanket because the supermarket is closed. But the blanket is made of cashmere.

This is more like the winners of the Premier League gracing the Anglo-Italian Cup with their presence. This is like charity work for us taking time out of our high flying Champions lifestyle to help out you little folk try get ahead.

You're absolutely right. It's great to see so many of my FSA Premier League colleagues grace this mickey mouse cup competition to give it a bit more prestige this year. Looking forward to adding another line to my signature now ;)

Perfect. If a 6th team was to surface before GW7 they'd be able to slot seamlessly into Bye's fixtures

Blah blah money I don't need money while I'm sitting in my trophy room with my medal sipping on cups full of tears of those we've defeated.

I think the Cup is full now so it would mean someone just putting a team together for this. Hopefully with all this bants being dropped someone will want to get involved!

My bank account is my trophy room. No cups of tears for me, only glasses of champagne from the bank manager when GW 38 finishes.

To be fair, the Longford Town league used to be a lovely quaint league full of prestige for the locals until the hustlers came along and took it away too ;)

Hopefully there will be a few who fancy joining in the fun for a while. Team play definitely adds a little more to the week.

Me too, I'm nowhere near good enough to be considered hustler in leagues at that level. I do my swooping in private leagues that pay my entry to have a go in the big leagues.

Just copped, might be difficult to get a 6th team considering they'll have to start out against us.

They'll have to be a hardy bunch alright that would put the fear of god into anyone.

Boards FSA score as of 19:50

182 with the below left to play

    Gomez x2
    Darmian x2
    Martin
    Coutinho
    Mane
    Benteke

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,747 ✭✭✭Ziegler1988

Top of the Fizzer league having a right stinker on 21 points. No doubt triple captain Coutinho will bag a brace

A week early for the team stuff kicking in but we'd be on 186 with 10 to play.

The dodgy Hazard goal means I'm looking for a decent amount to beat Swiper in the Harps CL. Think I'd be stretching to beat him either way though.

You're not gonna mention the Harps Champions league at all???:P edit: didn't see the lastpost

Looking good for me in that, I'll be hoping for modest returns at best for Memphis.

Still trying to contain my anger at the Hazard goal so that delayed my post ;)

Harps CL tie looking dodgy. 4 point lead with my Gomez v Benteke (c). That's not likely to end well.
