    Expect more of this.
I just hope there's no bad blood after we've won and after the inevitable defeat you guys can shake it off.

We'll be adding to our medal collection again this year. Once we retire you might have a chance but probably not even then. Maybe if every team retires and you are just left playing with yourselves you are in with a shot.

Are we confirmed as participants now?

Yeah we are. We actually were yesterday when I posted this. For some reason I thought we were to receive a second confirmation e-mail.

Was on mobile all day, this is the first time I've seen full size - awesome.
44 is way cooler than 133 though. :p

And so the in fighting begins. Is this what success has brought us? You'll be looking to buy out your contract and move to Madrid soon.

Thanks for making up the numbers. Looking forward to adding your names to our destroyed list.

Fear of failure by teams that didn't enter does not diminish our victory - it strenghtens it - it shows that "creme de la prem" was afraid to take us on.
Afraid? How could we be afraid of something we ignored? The way I see it is you guys jealously kept your little secret together so that you could brag about it the whole summer :p. But summer's over now. And your secret got revealed to the World. We'll see what you can now take on!

Jeez! Look what a summer of bragging has done to you ?! Already can't handle the pressure? Yah I know we tend to make this impression on our rivals!

Ignored/knew you weren't good enough whatever you want to call it. I hope you don't have to sit down at work because you're in for an ass kicking.

Any of the other two teams fancy a morale sapping exhibition today.

could someone list all the teams entered and who is on each team ?
just to have them altogether on one post ?

I think there are 5 teams I think we should do a pre season tournament in a league format could be run off over 5 weeks.
There is already an agreed fixture so if one of the other teams want to play the anti anti ramseys this week the remaining team is idle.

That's a good idea, a bit like the Test Matches in rugby.

To complete the list of FSA teams, just quote me ;).

If you got 6 teams you could do it in the old German Liga Cup format over 3 weeks, finishing the week before the real thing kicks off.

2 teams get a bye (presumably the teams with the highest combined overall score so far)
The other 4 teams play out the quarter finals with the 2 winners and the 2 bye teams playing out the semifinals with a final on GW10.

Alternatively you could have a league format with 5 teams where everyone plays once over GW7-10 with the team that tops the league being winner

You may be champions of the cup but not of the FSA Warm Up Tournament. You're living in the past Marge...

Although it's understandable you'd be afraid of some serious competition :pac:

Yes that's what I was suggesting but it would take 5 weeks so if we started today it would be done on gw 10.
On phone so not sure of team names
Gw 6 boards fsa v finn harps lads
Anti anti ramseys v creme de le prem
    Dahats team idle this week
I could do up the full fixtures later.

There's only 5 teams so if you started GW7 you'd finish at GW10

The teams who represented England and won the Anglo-Italia cup never got any seedings in the Premier League ;)

You have to play 4 games and have 1 week when you don't play anyone so 5 gws.

My thinking behind this is that it'd be good to start any competition with a weeks buildup rather than just out of nowhere.

This is more like the winners of the Premier League gracing the Anglo-Italian Cup with their presence. This is like charity work for us taking time out of our high flying Champions lifestyle to help out you little folk try get ahead.

We can start it next week if need be it doesn't matter if it overlaps with the main competition. Only a bit of fsa bragging rights.

We'll probably field a few of the squad players and reserves and try give a couple of trainees a few minutes.
