That's good. Imagine after 4/5 years of this festival, how colourful the city will be. It will be like Marseille only clean, not smelly, not destroyed with terrible graffiti and actually nice!

This is just one of a series of elephant paintings on a wall off Ballybricken. I think it's Barker Street? The detail in them was amazing.

I think we all think its amazing, its ran on an absolute shoe string so they could do with some donations on their web page, small few quid go a long way to make city walls well cool.great for the city, great national exposure and is just awesome and well worth us investing a few quid in our own city, something we can all do easily without having to do the hard work organising this etc etc

Yeah, I didn't know what the light was when I caught a glimpse of it going into town early this morning - looked freaky. If they light it up once it's done though, it will really look cool.

So what is it going to be a picture of? Looks like a guy with his right arm over another person's arm/shoulder, and what seems to be a female hand coming from the other side? Is he / are they in a bath?

From my cheap phone. Might have been clearer if I hadn't zoomed in. :(

This looks incredible as does all the walls art. It's great to see such positive initiatives in Waterford.

Is it just me, or does the guy on the Ard Rí look like Khal Drogo from Game of Thrones!!!

Its a great initiative etc and I love the artwork around the town. I don't like the mural on the Ard Ri unfortunately, I just think that building should be knocked and I don't think anything on it will make it look appealing, hopefully if the North Quays ever get developed it will fit in a backdrop to it but at the moment its not for me.

The message behind the mural is fantastic,
