    I signed up for the KBC student account there as i am a part time student.

    Useless bank found out after that they wait for it done take cash in branch .... as there a cashless bank after i opened the account.

    So they only way i can put money into the account is transfer money from my other bank account over to KBC. Or go to the post office and get a post order and lodge the money it into your account.

    Just a warning for anyone signing up who wonts to put something called cash into your account LoL

    I've emailed them twice , no reply

    I went into the hub and they put me on the phone , and the said that the €40 was transferred last week , I told them I didn't get the €40, they said that they will recheck and call me , haven't recived a call yet ,
    This is just really ridiculous, might as well just close my account now

    Just wondering did anyone get the €60 into your account if the card is used 10 times before the 31st Dec yet or is it applied after the 31st December?

    This isn't too much of a problem for most people, as practically all sources of income (employers/SUSI/etc.) can be paid by SEPA transfer directly into a bank account.

    No, you can only avail of the cash or flight offer in the first instance.


    As per their T&C's:
    If I chose €40 cash in the first time round, can I choose a flight if I meet the 10 debit card transactions?

    Unfortunately not, if you choose the cash offer first time round and complete the 10 debit card transactions you will only be presented with the €60 cash online claim form second time around.

    I want to change my reward; can I do this even though I claimed my reward?

    Rewards cannot be changed once the choice has been selected and submitted.

    If you don't get it by next week, either call them or go into a branch.
    I went into the branch after a lot of **** ups at their end and hopefully it will be all sorted.
