'Blown' = girl or woman. Used in Co. Limerick in the 60s, but I've heard it used in W Clare last year.

'Ferninst' = Against. Used to be a Mullingar expression.

'Cashapooka' - mushrooms, in certain parts of Westmeath.

'Russian Boots' - Wellingtons, again in Mullingar

    'Tackies' - Runners. Limerick

    'Puss' - Mouth. Limerick
