Am I correct in assuming that there is no such thing as 3-gun/active shooting allowed in Ireland?

Correct..Anything that has a" dynamic element"IOW moving with a loaded firearm to shoot targets is illegal.Dunno how this works out with you walking in a field with a loaded gun to shoot game,but anyhooo.. Its classified as "combat training":rolleyes:Odd that this "combat training " is perfectly legal in the UK,Northern Ireland,and dictatorships like Zimbabwae and China,as well as handgun banned countries like Japan and SKorea,where the govts might have more reason to fear "combat trained" people than little ol Ireland.Or maybe they actually recognise an international Sport for what it is and arent too paranoid about their gun owning pouplation particapating in such.:rolleyes:

Shooting game is not classed as target shooting.
