    Plus next day delivery :)

    Sometimes even better than that!

Cant even remember what it was I bought off them recently. Ordered at 2pm on a Thursday and it was in the house at lunchtime the next day!

I wish some other industries were as efficient

I would like to thank everybody who gave me feedback.

Sitting here vaping with my two new istick 50's and using the Nautulis mini and happy as a pig in muck.

Haven't even tried the GS air yet.

I'm so so happy. This is light years from what I was using. Surely my previous set up should be obsolete now and ALL starter kits should be similar to what I have now.

There are now no excuses for anybody that wants to stop smoking.

I have 3-5 friends that started back smoking because of leakage, gurgling and all the other problems.

I'm looking forward to bringing them up to date on the new technology.

    Thanks guys.

Glad it's working well for you, I was the same when I decided to give vaping another go, got the Tesla VW and the bigger Nautilus and I just knew that evening that I wouldn't be smoking again.
Watch the shinyitis as it can be expensive as well :D but still not as bad as the smokes though

The sad truth is that anybody I know who swapped cigs for ecig did it for financial reasons.

I would have paid double what my fag habit was costing me to stop.

    It's all good now.

A few days in now and I'm very happy with performance and consistency.

The only thing I've noticed, as a negative, is lack of flavour.

It quite often feels like I'm getting no flavour. The juice I use is really tasty but since I've been using this setup I've really not been tasting my vape.

    Anybody else experience this ?

If you're using the same flavour all the time it is quite normal, what I do is to keep two or three flavours on the go all the time, obviously not easy when out and about but at home or in the office no problem

Might be vapours tongue to some extent. Its basically when someone loses their ability to taste the juice.

People recommend using a peppermint/menthol ejuice for a bit and then go back and it should be fine again.

UPDATE - I'm about 2-3 weeks in now with the new setup and here are my thoughts.

I think it's only fair to give some feedback (after all the advice you gave me) that might help anybody who is thinking of using the GS Air tank or the Nautilus mini.

I got myself two of the istick 50w, they are fantastic and a complete no brainer so I'll just talk about the tanks.

The clear winner for me is the Nautilus Mini. It is so easy to use and the air flow adjustment couldn't be any easier. Quality hit every time and no sign whatsoever of gurgling or leakage.

The GS Air is good but I find adjusting the air flow a pain in the arse. It is much more difficult to find the sweet spot on the GS Air tank than the Nautilus. You will need a little screwdriver, like the ones people use for adjusting screws on glasses, and it's kind of a pain needing that tool when you are vaping. Eleaf missed a beat by not including a suitable adjustment tool. Performance wise it is good but the Nautilus Mini has a better all round feel and is a better quality product. Also, while it may not be a problem for most, I find the GS Air a louder vape whereas the Nautilus is quieter on the draw. This might be relevant for stealth vapers.

It's a pity as I ordered from Ireland and I bought 6 of the GS Air with 20-25 replacement coils and I only bought one of the Nautilus Mini's. I did this because, from my research, I thought the GS Air would be the better tank. It's not. I'll be giving the Air tanks to any newbies I meet who want to try an upgrade on the Kanger T3's or the like.

The only drawback with the Mini is the amount of liquid it holds and I have to fill it up daily or every other day. For this reason I bought the Nautilus 5ml tank yesterday and I hope it performs as well as the Mini.

That's it. I know there is a price difference in the 2 tanks but I would still buy the Nautilus EVERY time.

Thanks again for all your help.

I have 3 big Nautilus's with Glass & Steel tanks,no coils but I would swap them for your 6 x GS Airs & coils if you want.

That's great to hear, I agree with the nautilus/gs air comparison, I don't use my gs air much as I find the nautilus so much better but it comes in handy for a backup just in case

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 792 ✭✭✭Didihno

I'd agree the Nautilus is probably a better product and maybe a bit more user friendly, however it is also more than twice the price and I find the heads prone to gurgling. Either one is a good choice for me though, whatever works for you is the right choice!

This is the perfect statement, I think with all of the new advanced model people might think they have to be kitted out with expensive, complicated products, but if even a cig-a-like works for you go for it! Whatever keeps you off the smokes is a god send!

I've been through 2 of the bigger Nautilus tanks. Its a great tank for beginners as it doesn't require much maintenance due to the juice capacity. Flavour wise its good although Id rank the GS Air ahead of it. Its also prone to spitting and gurgling as time goes on. Not sure why really.

The main gripe with it is the coils. The originals coils with it were poxy. So many duds. Obviously the newer versions (BVC) are a huge upgrade but Ive still encountered a couple of duds with the BVC's.

A question on the above -

I've been happily using my istick50 and aspire nautilus for the last two months.

With my old device I could tell I needed a new atomiser because the taste changed within a few seconds from ok to nasty.

Is it different with this set up ?

I'm finding that the atomiser seems to be fading slower. For example, the taste seems to be getting nastier but there isn't that moment when it absolutely becomes nasty.

I'm concerned that I may be changing the atomiser when it actually does not need to be changed.

These Nautilis atomiser's seem to last a lot lot longer than the T3 set up but what is your experience ?

The T3 told me it needed to be changed instantly whereas I feel the Nautilis is acceptably nasty for a period and then needs to be changed.

    Anybody got an opioion ?

How long are you using the coil thats in there at the moment?

From memory I found that the flavour sort of disappeared more than tasted terrible. Sometimes changing juices a few times also ruined the coil on me.
