Good man Adair, putting the boot in now. Dangerous to leave it too late!

Win alright. Good to see supporting batting performances from the likes of McCollum, Adair, Tucker and getkate obviously balbirnie the star

Good win and well handled at the end by our lower middle order :)

Jaysus you'd still have to laugh at RTE Sport though. They haven't a fecking clue when it comes to cricket. The match was well in the balance when they announced that we'd practically lost. Can you imagine a Tipp v Lim hurling game and some commentator saying that Lim had all but lost, because they were 2 points down with 15 minutes to go. It's the same equivalence of ignorance.

That was a really pleasing performance. Great all round effort, lots of different players chipping in. Adair might have been expensive but brilliant to see him take early wickets to get us off to a good start. Getkate showed he can bowl at this level, especially taking the two big wickets. Mcbrine continues to bowl miserly. Important to have players coming through taking the burden off Murtagh.

Obviously Stirling and Balbirnie are still the star batsmen, Balbirnie has developed into a top class number 3. It was also a good day for the young guys. Tucker might not have made a big score but good to see him play his part in an important partnership. Ireland we're under pressure when he came in. That was a match winning partnership. Hopefully Mccollum takes some heart from his 21, again not a big score but at least he finally contributed, he can build on that.

Really encouraging to see Getkate and Adair see us over the line fairly comfortably in the end. I think last year we'd have collapsed to defeat.

The rebuild looks to be progressing nicely

Stirling out 52. Think that's his 6th 50 in a row for Ireland.

111/1. McCollum with his first 50

Nice to see McCollum getting some good runs. I wonder what a good score will be?

Great show by Tucker. Not a great score overall considering the start.

Should make for a close chase

Not a great score at all alright.. but at least it's in the right range to give us something to work with.

We're crying out for someone that can take wickets in the middle overs. Too easy for set batsmen to push singles and put bad balls to the fence.
I'm a fan of Mcbrine, he's usually really economical but a ticket taking spinner is badly needed for any progression. I'd love to Mulder get another shot, even if he goes for a few more.
