got one for my son last week. really good. i'd prefer the redmi note 5. but the nubia m2 is still good...amoled display too which is very surprising considering the cost...it is 16:9 ratio though as opposed to more modern 18:9 or so ratio...without a case on its got a lovely design and the dark red lines and capacitive keys are attractive to look at in the hand. camera is acceptable. its a very decent phone for the money, with superb battery life.
for me though i find it hard to look past the redmi note 5 at this price point, although i think the nubia m2 was a little cheaper even.

off topic...kinda excited about the release, or details of, the xiaomi mi max 3 which will be on thursday 19th.

how will i find out if my shipment was gotten by customs? I shipped to my parcel wizard address so will it be customs up north?

You'll only know if they let you know it's out for delivery. Or if they refuse to handle it.

Like parcel motel they don't deal with customs and send it back to the vendor if anything is owed on it.

Afaik, they have a new policy since February. Anything for a mail forwarder is put on the the slow burner, if dealt with at all.
With Brexit, they are trying to sort out their own.
I found it out the hard way, I had ordered three different items from two different stores.
One took almost three months to get my refund (it appeared on my N26 last week).
The first item was rejected and sent back immediately, which I was told was a mistake.
The 2nd Item only took a few weeks to sort because I had been watching it, and its tracking had never left Belgium. I was able to convince them.
I had looked up UK customs and found a number, but it was useless, I also found many forum posts from all over UK saying the sorting centre in the UK is a joke and slow.
So they had no plans to sort mine out.

You could get lucky, but I wont be using that method ever again.
I had prepaid the Tariff Insurance, so there was no VAT etc.

This is about clearing UK customs. Because your item is being shipped to a courier in the UK and then immediately leaving the UK, it will be lucky to clear.

Alternatively, your parcel could be held in Coventry Customs clearance, you could ring them and ask.

i wonder what camera will be like...gsmarena say 2.2 apature, and i read somewhere that it will be similar to the redmi note 5 versions with the 2.2 apature camera......however the redmi note 5 i got for my son has 1.9 apature which was better than i expected, which i presume is on all the redmi note 5's that end up here (i'm guessing)...in short though i hope its at least that 1.9 apature camera thats in the redmi note 5....i think it'll be hard for me to resist buying this phone, i'm a sucker for huge screens on phones....(the redmi note 5 is such a good phone for the money)
