    Firstly, thanks to posters for their curiosity and the heavy lifting on earlier pieces of software for others benefit.

    However, the original purpose of this thread has now expired with the difficulties posed by RTE's conditions around their content and the thread has descended into requests for files which isn't really adding any new information and is far from the spirit of a discussion forum.

    I'm closing this thread, if anyone has anything new to introduce which complies with RTE's conditions around their content, feel free to open a new thread. Anything less is likely to fall foul of the stickey about content and will be deleted at the least.
