Harrison was the shortest and I'm guessing assignation cut short the next one. Lincoln was in his second term so I'll opt for McKinley though it's pure guesswork.

Not quite there. I'm fairly sure McKinley was assassinated a few months in to his second term so he isn't one of the shortest. You are correct regarding Harrison though.

Just some hints to help ye along..

    He was the 20th president.
    He served in 1881.
He was also the first president who could write with his left hand

....assignation cut short the next one.

    Didn't work for Clinton (I) ( or J**)

I think I got that last one, so another question...

Most people would probably guess (correctly) that saffron is the most expensive spice in the world - but do you know which is the second most expensive?

Based on experience with growers of it in Mexico many years ago, I say Vanilla.

That was the little girl, but I can't remember her name. If I wait a while it may come to me. Ah! Was it Florence?

I know this one but I'll hold off answering, as I don't have a question in mind to replace it with.

    Nope!

It is a body part but you wouldn't see an animal was missing it by looking at them :)
