I remember reading something about how someone who either wrote/directed/produced left the show because of conflicting issues. I honestly think it was a writer, but yeah, apparently there was a few of them that had issues.

Why do some of these shows end?

I'm currently watching Psych. Still gutted it's over, mainly cause the last season ended up feeling kinda rushed cause they didn't know it would be the last going into it.

Differences within the cast/production teams, not enough ratings, a combination of both..

A majority of the time it's because the method of calculating viewership in the US is flawed as hell, and most networks just cut and run because of it if they think a show isn't getting enough in a right demographic.

Watching Expendables 2. Love when they get loads of big names together on screen.

Why can't they fix these flaws if they know they're there. Seems unfair for everyone involved in making shows.

My sister was holding the flame for Bruce there for a while. Have to admit he was a bit of a fine thing when he was young :D

He surely was and still is. Hard to believe he's 60.

Because it's just more convenient to use the current system.

    :D

Have you seen John Q? OMG I cried for about an hour after watching that. He's so good. I actually haven't seen a Denzel Washington film that I didn't like.

John Q...can't recall that I have to be honest :o

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,534 ✭✭✭KKkitty

Denzel Washington could act out any part. One of the best actors out there.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,614 ✭✭✭Mozzeltoff

He's pretty awesome all right. He's not in much these days though..

It's excellent but it is quite sad I have to say.
John Q is a 2002 American thriller film directed by Nick Cassavettes. The film follows John Quincy Archibald (Denzel Washington), a father and husband whose son is diagnosed with an enlarged heart and then finds out he is unable to receive a transplant because HMO insurance will not cover it; therefore, he decides to hold up the hospital and force them to do it.

    And to quote Chandler Bing:

"I should warn you before you watch it, don't watch it!"

    :o

I've only been half paying attention, but when people say Bruce, I assume they are talking about Bruce Forsyth.
