We moved SwiftSMS over to Github recently

Didn't do much else to make it open source, as in, no documentation was created etc. But the code is all up there and I would love to have a few contributors moving the app forward.

    Hi Fluffy88.

What's the license? Something like GNU GPL?

None atm, like I said, we just made it "open source" without any other real changes.
I might look into putting in place a licence at some point, but basically my intention in making it open source is to create a single app which we can all contribute to, to ensure it's continued development and hopefully improvement.

What are you looking for in particular?

I was just curious as to the license you guys would opt for.

The most common that come to mind are:
    • Apache License
    • BSD
    • GNU General Public License (GPL)
    • GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL)
    • MIT License
    Licenses & Standards: http://opensource.org/licenses

But yes the most important thing is that your great app is now open-source. smile.png
