They take 3-6 weeks. It's awful because you keep thinking 'they're not working, they're not working, what if they don't work, what if they never kick in and I feel like this forever Argh....' etc

It's a horrible, horrible few weeks waiting for them to kick in so hang in there and remember it WILL get better. You will not feel like this forever xx
