That is a really interesting article I must say. I'm not sure if I'd agree with the death penalty in all cases, but I do think animal cruelty needs to be recognised as a symptom of an even bigger issue, and not just treated as criminal damage.

I feel awful after reading about that poor dog that was basically murdered at Crufts. Slug pellets AND rat poison? Either of those things would be bad enough on its own. As much as it pains me to say it, that dog had to have been in a horrific amount of pain before he eventually died. It's been suggested it was animal rights activists that have done this, people that don't agree with the whole keeping of animals as pets etc, idiots in other words. It's people like them that are the reason I don't like PETA, people that take things too far.

A life is a life no matter what, be it a human or animal. I'd bring in the death penalty as kind of a last resort. The dog is sat beside me as i type this, and if anybody harmed him, I would go ****ing postal. Animal abusers are right up there in my opinion with murderers, rapists, child abusers. Absolute lowest of the low.

    PETA are, quite frankly, lunatics.

That's my thinking on it as well, the death penalty is a last resort IMO.

It's shocking the number of people that still say "Ah it's only a dog" or "it's only a cat/rat/mouse" etc. I feel bad if I accidentally kill a fly and there are people in the world that wouldn't bat an eyelid at killing a dog, for whatever reason.

Animal rights activists? Well that's great, lets go kill animals in the name of animals.

Paul Heyman is overjoyed at Paul Heyman simply for being Paul Heyman, and for Paul Heyman being so damn masterful with a microphone.

The PW forum needs a thread to appreciate the awesomeness that is, The 1 behind 21-1.

And Paws, I totally get that. A few idiots ruin it for everyone else. I had to deal with that a lot while in the SU "Sure don't students just drink away their grant? They could use that money to pay fees!". As long as you are rejecting the people who are the minority giving animal activists the bad name then it's all good!
