Strenght and condition courses

    Hi I am very interested in doing a strenght and con course and was wondering is anybody doing one atm or know any info on best one, I have been looking at the one in lit thurles and it seems good for what you get out of it at the end.
    Also would anybody know about accommodation up in Thurles, I've been looking around prices seem to range between 50 to 60 pw seems good enough.
