No I am not from Ireland and I can only guess at the meaning of "now you're sucking diesel," I would google it but it will be more entertaining to get your account of it.

Well it is one of those native Irish sayings.
I would reckon it has it's origins in farming in the more rural areas.
It might have been said one day by some guy who had just manged after many hours to clear an airlock in a tractor.
Then again this is Ireland so God knows.

It basically means you are doing well at something, succeeding or on track.

So basically I was saying Red Kev had the right idea.


Of course I could have said "for the craic" to "shtall the ball" or "Shtall the digger" as you were on the wrong track.

Next installment will involve explaining "you're only Joe Dolan" and "lovely hurlin".

Yep well done it is Cesis.

Didn't think it would be found that quick once Latvia was got.
You see it was easy in the end.

I thought the Victory Monument that you can glimpse through the trees might have helped someone get there.

Anyway if anything I am happy we may have now gotten some Canadian wandering round Vancouver telling people they are suckin diesel.
