    Great report AM great to see all the hard work pay off. Heard my husband cleared the hall of cake alright ! Good job he is doing all this running !!! Rotterdam plan is looking good with all this hard work. Enjoy the celebrations.

    I couldn't figure out why you were stating the obvious, till I reaised I'd typed positive instead of negative :D brain may not be fully functioning!!

    ha ha I stole your technical term :D I'm sure he would laugh at that but I certainly couldn't figure out most of this stuff on my own, which reminds me N, I forgot to say 'thank you' ;)

    I guess that up to this point I've always thought I was following whatever training plan I was doing but not seeing the results, the truth is though there was always something or other wrong like running easy runs too fast or skipping stuff or mixing plans with the club sessions etc etc. I'm learning though!

    Great performance and report - you almost made me wish I'd been running it too!

    You're well set up for Rotterdam - you'll find your best improvements come over the next phase of training so you can really look forward to it now.

    thanks R :) but I didn't make the team results so not much use to anyone but myself yesterday, the others were truly fantastic.
