    Have to agree . Very hard to put a responsible face on shooting when this keeps happening. Shame on those who shot this one.

    That Hen Harrier was satellite tagged so it was found. I wonder how many more are shot and are never found.

    This is a terrible act, and there is no excuse for it. However these threads have come up here before and they usually turn into a witch hunt with one side blaming hunters, another blaming farmers, and then it's a free for all.

    The Gardaí are on the case and hopefully they will be successful in catching whomever was responsible for this atrocity. In the mean time, this act of savagery has no place in legitimate sports shooting so i'm leaving the thread here, but locking it while i discuss it with the other Mods.
