    Hi,

I am doing a complete overhaul of diet and lifestyle. I know I am not getting enough protein. I do not eat meat. I know the best way to get the protein is through eating whole foods but I am wondering for the days I do not do this could you recommend a protein powder that can be added to a green juice. I am slowly starting to do more exercise so it's not about muscle recovery just to get enough amino acids.

Any whey protein is pretty decent. I use the site myprotein. Not too expensive there and good quality stuff.
