Indian PM IS enroute to the US of A while here though he will meet Enda and local Indian community so slightly more than a fuel stop. It is a standard Air India 747 but it gets a VVIP interior fitted before its used by the PM.

Reference the Pope, it's not unusual for state flights to be held while timings on the ground are perfected for their arrival or in some cases it's done deliberately to P off the visitors or done by the visitors to get ready or do it on their timescale, all the fun and games of statesmanship.

surprised he actually got out so quick, wasnt expecting movement before 6. must have got some escort through the City in that traffic considering he only finished up his engagements around 4.00.

literally must have been straight out to the airport, onto the plane and off- what a class way to travel!
