I really hope they don't bother with LSH and they go in a different direction, maybe just the BWB have become increasingly more violent to the point where they are what they intended to protect from. With Benjen, the Hound and Jon all coming back it would be almost jumping the shark territory even if it happens in the book

She wanted it on a weekend, so the Canada game was the obvious choice.

We are going to go somewhere (In Ireland) for a few days after the wedding but I have to be back in Dublin by the Saturday for the All Blacks match.

I tried to test the water about going to Chicago the Saturday before the wedding for the earlier All Blacks game but that was a no go.

Honeymoon next year will not be the Lions tour. We considered it briefly but the time just doesn't suit us.

I felt the same until I was getting married and realised it was an excuse for two holidays. I'm all about the mini-moon! Mini-moons rock!

Take a drive around Lake Tahoe if at all possible. One of my favourite places on earth.

Re SF, Soma district is quite close to Union Square and great for food and if you intend on doing the Alcatraz tour book it in advance.

There's a big sports/Irish bar right beside Union Square called Lefty O'Douls. It's the 2nd or 3d building on the left if you walk up Geary Street, West Direction off Union Square. I remember watching The Champion's League in there once at midday which felt really weird.

Make the 3-4 hour drive, worth every minute, to Yosemite National Park. One of the most stunning places I've ever visited.

Was in Yosemite last week. Swimming in a lake surrounded by snow at 8,500 feet was fairly amazing. Kezar pub beside Gold Gate Park is good for the rugby matches. Was fairly full for the PRO 12 final. Uber is STUPIDLY cheap. Go see the Lagunitas brewery and report back on what it's like - I've heard good things.
