try walloping yourself in the gee with a 32kg kettlebell!

    Or don't. Maybe.

I wouldn't mind a good wallop in the gee now! :D

    I'm not skinny either. I'm 86kg/height 5'9, so I'm heavy but I wouldn't call myself fat tbf.

Look we are all awesome and working up a Kettle Bell sweat, what's not to love?

I dropped a bar with 50kg on it the other night and it bounced back and smashed my shin.

    Fcuking OUCH.

    Did you damage the floor?

Lads, all these gym related accidents. Does this not tell you that you are best off sitting on the couch wiht tub of Ben and Jerry's and a spoon?

That's pretty much exactly what it tells us tbh.

My body is pretty much black and blue, my shoulders from front squats, my neck from back squats, my shin from dropping weights, and my legs from the physical terrorist.
    Did you damage the floor?

    Not this time.

    I'll try harder next time.

Prince William promoting the practice of keeping elephants captive, miserable, beaten into submission and shackled when not performing for tourists.... Oh sorry, did someone say trivial?

I am not well up up on elephants trunks, but I can tell you (as far as men are concerned) Life is like a penis...simple, relaxed and hanging free.

It's women that make it hard.
Not if you have a front-oriented bollock.

I have no clue as to what that is:D

Is it like a yak, or a water buffalo?:D

PM me, I'm single and available to help you out there!

TA: Rhianna's new song 4 5 seconds - the lyrics are annoying and it's an earworm, I can't get it out! Time for some Penguin cafe orchestra or Bach.

You know it's bad when Brax in Home and Away is going grey. I remember when he was causing havoc on the beach having one tinny and carrying a surf board while all the locals made a furore about his behaviour.

I don't think that started with you to be honest. I suspect it started when the first ape decided he was going to stand up straight and use a rock to bash open a coconut.
