I'm gonna post the competitions in one thread from now on cause starting a new one for each weekend seems a waste.

Included in this competition is the Hennessy Gold Cup from Newbury, The Land Rover Chase from Fairyhouse and the Fighting Fifth from Newcastle. Entries ar open now.

Well done in winning this week, I had a dreadful time of it. Think I backed one winner with Lieutenant Colonel.

Another one this weekend. I normally try to choose the most interesting races. Any suggestions for the races are welcome.

Some excellent races today! Took Medinas in the comp but made some cash off Reve De Sivola, what a finish that was! Had The second there in the Ladbroke to maybe steal the comp at the death. Some finish there too.

I'm gonna run a Christmas Festival taking in all the best racing from now until New Years day. After that I'll do the Cheltenham New years festival.

The Christmas festival will probably be the biggest so far with 15 races from Leopardstown, Limerick, Kempton and Wetherby on Stephens day! I'm in the process of changing the racecard page so it's not such a pain to scroll down to find the next race after you've made your selection.

Competition for tomorrow is live now and I've got the whole Ascot card, 3 from Gowran, 2 from Wincanton and most of the Haydock card.

I've got Trustan Times antepost for the Grand National Trial so I'll be hoping he goes well. I'm going to Ascot tomorrow for a romantic day with horse racing, my girlfriend is gonna come too :pac:

i had closing ceremony, returned an sp of 12/1 and only got 8.70....not that it matters but im trying to claw my way back up the all time leaderboard!!!

I picked everything on the nose the weekend and besides even if i did it e/w at best case scenario 1/4 the odds it would return 7.50 and not 8.70

That selection was an ew. Ew are half a point on each of the win and place price on Betfair less 5% which gives you 8.70pts

Another comp for tomorrow guys. Taking in the Bobbyjo, Eider, Betbright Chases.
Plenty of Grand National clues from these races.

Sire De Grugy goes to Chepstow to find some semblence of hope to take with him to Cheltenham next month.

Good racing from Kempton with three Grade 2s in the form of the Adonis Juvenile Hurdle, the Pendil Novices´ Chase and the Dovecote Novices´ Hurdle.

Something to keep us ticking over til Cheltenham!
