Put money on Hungary and Uzbekistan.

    The idea for thought

    Ukraine U20 -vs- Myanmar U20 Total: 3.25 Under @ 2.020

The goal of Myanmar in the match against USA - a gross mistake by the goalkeeper.
    Ukraine has problems in attack

    I fancy Chile a bit.
    Home advantage.
I really, really like their manager Sampaioli who has managed Universidad de Chile to Copa Sudamericana glory in 2011.
Chile team is based on that U de Chile team with the addition of Vidal and Sanchez.
Problem is Brazil, they just cant win against that lot as was again obvious at the WC where they really should have knocked Brazil out.

But yeah.... hard looking past the Argentinians with the little genius in great form.

CHILE WIN THE COPA AMERICA? - Yes @ 5.39 (pinnacle sports)
    Very good odds.

I'll think about it and maybe take in a couple of Argentina. Count on the grid. Most importantly, To avoid meeting Argentina and Chile in the semifinals

Think Chile on home turf to reach the semifinals. But Argentina last year lost in the final of the world Cup. And the composition of them possible combat. And the last Copa America Argentina won in 1993

    Understand me?

    Perfectly.

Only way i can see Chile do it, is to avoid Brazil. Have either Uruguay or Argentina deal with them.

Quite honestly, i dont think there is more in store for Chile than 3rd place. It is just that i have a soft spot for them.

If Chile wins the group from the first place - then they will play with the best third team of all the groups.
It could be Peru, Paraguay or Ecuador. It is possible to pass on to the semifinals.
In the semi-final opponent is the winner of the match A2/С2 (Mexico/Colombia(Brazil)). And most likely it will be Colombia. A part of Colombia is also very good.
And here is the main question of the semi-finals. If Chile go through Colombia (Brazil)?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

Am I wrong or where people throwing money on Colombia for the Cops when they were in the world cup? Think they were 7/1?

Mmm, yeah... there is also still the small matter of Colombia. Actually a bigger chance of them knocking Brazil out than Uruguay doing that.
Uruguay is a bit past it. Nice strikers with Cavani and Suarez but f you cant get them on the ball.... We saw what happened at the WC. They start biting people.

First matches, leave Mexico out and you ll have a pretty solid looking @4.1 shot with all the favourites winning.

Mexico probably will beat Bolivia but they concentrate on the Gold Cup in July and will not sent their strongest squad to Copa America.

Finished 0_0. They even missed a pen. Reckon the challenge is doable but only on leagues where I have some knowledge. That's me pretty much done for the summer. Made a profit over the last 6 months so happy enough

And thanks to all the regulars for the great tips and advice. Great bunch of lads

Colombia is an organized game. They missed very little at the world Cup.
    And they remember the match
    4/7/2014 21:00 Brazil 2-1 Colombia

Chile's domestic championship. For Colombia - organization of games and a better composition.

Uruguay and Brazil are the teams I don't like.

There is a rate - higher position in the results:
    Chile 1.87
    Colombia 1.95

2 red cards and an own goal for Panama didnt help you, Mr Green
2 missed penalties from Austria neither in the end.
