Good breakfast/lunch

Can anyone recommend a good and healthy breakfast and lunch to have? I'm really struggling to come up with idea. I want both to be under 500 cals. I am allergic to nuts so they are a no go. Thanks

Not a fan of broccoli, but I reckon those with some nicely charred peppers in the eggy cheesy mix would be nom.
