My dog has one ball

As the title states, I am the owner of a very rare, small dog ( of which breed I'd rather not divulge for privacy as there are only a few in the country ) and I've just found out he has only one ball dropped at twelve months old and I'm gutted for him.
According to the internet I should not breed him as it's genetic.

I think I'll buy him a f,€king huge bone tomorrow.

How big was the ball he dropped? If he's only a small dog as you say and he was trying to carry, say a tennis ball then it's no wonder he dropped it.

I am pretty sure your dog doesn't know, or care, one way or another.

That's the problem with pedigree animals: the inbreeding required to create a breed leads to genetic defects. If I was in your position, I'd get the vet to remove the one and replace it with a pair of Neuticles.

From out there on the moon, international politics look so petty. You want to grab a politician by the scruff of the neck and drag him a quarter of a million miles out and say, ‘Look at that, you son of a bitch’.

Threatening to withhold sex for one dropped ball is a great idea,it will encourage the little fcuker to be more careful in future.

Oh this happened with ours he needed surgery its not rare. Yes you shouldn't breed him now. But they are still otherwise healthy dogs and ours hasn't a clue. We felt it more sensitive not to tell him ;-)

My previous dog zenno had 4 balls. He dropped them all as he was learning to catch them in mid-air. But after 4 months he never dropped a ball again, a true catcher indeed.

I'd say all the bitches are howling with laughter at his one ball.

You could possibly buy him a prosthetic ball if he's self conscious about his uniball

Your dog doesn't have much below his belt.

He will only spend half the time licking them.

Bring him to the vet..as a poster has already mentioned he may need an operation. It can lead to complications if its not assessed and dealt with properly.
