It COULD be that they just haven't heard about Roy shaving off the beard.......maybe?

They'd have known if they were reading this thread.

Hell, that's how I found out.

Let's pray Ryan gets a real Kennedy on the show to interview. Then he can ' die and go heaven' and we might get a decent show when he's gone

And just in case you werent sure whether cronyism was dead.. there's Ryan running over to his best pal Paddy Cullivan who he got a job on the Late Late.

    Dunphy locked - there's a surprise. NOT.

I wouldn't blame him for trying to get the most out of RTE. Free drink always tastes better ;)

Did Roy seriously announce that that he shaved off the beard??or did tubs just hear it in his ear that someone posted it on Twitter??

I think someone just filled Ryan in on it.

Why it's deemed worthy of being news or reported is another story..

I doubt Keane held a press conference about it/made an announcement.

If so, he's really jumped the shark; then again, he does seem to love attention..

I was just thinking about him myself...

The only man who has a book out and hasnt been on the Late Late and he WOULD be an entertaining guest in spite of Tubridy's usual best efforts..

Quick question dudes, although i think i know the answer.

Would any of ye watch the show, if there was no thread?

I'm pretty sure i'd catch about five minutes of the season.

In fairness the drunk hen is the best entertainment so far.

Have just seen her. Thought she was hilarious! Nice looking girl. :)

Pity there's no football on this weekend that you could ask him about, you clown..

Did Tubs say that or did you say that yourself? Was there no mention of match tomorrow at the Aviva on the late late tonight?

    Personally, NO, absolutely not.
Tubs abysmal interviewing skills put me off the show, for many a year.
    Until...I discovered the thread.
    :D

I think Tubs views all sports figures as playing this mystical weird sport he has never seen but must cover due to RTE pressure. He has the same questions for them all anyhow

The lack of energy in Tubridy's interviews is very noticeable.. Noel Edmunds bring a lot of energy with him, but even still Tubridy makes it like a conversation in the Dentist's waiting room... Dull dull dull... I kinda get the feeling that Edmunds doesnt like Tubridy as well..

He does not like the questions Tubridy is
asking him about Jimmy Saville and Dave L Travis. Replied he worked with them but was as surprised as anyone when the facts emerged about them😳
He deftly side stepped the subject by
saying that most children are injured or
killed in the first years of their lives by
someone close to them. Then asked the question if any children would be safer as a result of all the enquiries/trials which are taking place now!! To his credit, Tubridy said he believed they would.

lol.. did he just seriously make a case that instances of child abuse should not be investigated?

    He did. Creep!! :(
