Surprisingly beans don't seem to have an effect on me

for me its......apples...it plays havoc with my insides...within an hour of eating an apple i'm farting like a dog:o

soup also, and of course beer

my 5 year old told this evening when I rub his hand I make him fart. I told him its because he is nice and relaxed cuddled up with his mammy but he preferred his own reasoning, which is far enough. I think it was the sub way sandwiches we had today as a treat, some serious farting in our house this evening
