Wow! Well after the whimper of a cliffhanger last season, the new series gets off to a bang. Poor Cary!

I love how these storylines just come from nowhere, but you just know they'll have huge consequences for the season ahead. How will his arrest affect the merger with Diane? Will it cause Florrick Agos to suffer enough to force Alicia to take up Eli's offer? Is Cary actually guilty?

Looks like Eli's daughter will play more of a role this season too.

So excited the best show on network TV is back!

Only episode one but it does look good already. :)
Back to what it did best, concentrating on the legal wrangling and drama rather than the tiresome "will they, won't they" scenario with Will.
The prison scenes with Carey were very good, the air of menace and isolation were depicted very well.
If it can maintain this high standard, "you know who" won't be missed.

Matt Czuchry is one of TV's great underrated actors and glad to see Cary given a big storyline, good start so far

Great first two episodes season so far. Just caught up on last nights episode. I like the direction the show is taking. I agree, it was time for it to be about Cary!!
Loved the scene of Diane walking to the lift with her crew!

The shirtless guy was just stupid in my opinion. I know it was to emphasis the chaos (as was the ongoing office work) happening with Cary in the clink but I think that was a step too far for the writers. Wandering around the office with no shirt on. C'mon!

Of course it was unrealistic - but it was brilliant comic relief - just showing what happens when the chiefs are either busy not running for office and doing a little time.
Great to see a show spring back to near top form in its sixth season.

No I get what they were trying to do but I think it went OTT. They kind of bimbo-fied Robin too. There's no way her character would really say 5-10 to a potential client!

If the company is going to be a Female/Minority led organisation, will Cary's position be tenable?

Female / minority at the top levels. AFAIK the managing partnerships at the toppermost will be Cary / Alicia / Diane. At least initially. If Cary gets convicted, his position would be untenable in any law firm on the planet (outside of maybe parts of Columbia and Mexico).

Really good two episodes. I hope Cary doesn't get hung out to dry. Diane leaving Lockheart was great, although I would have loved it they showed David Lee wandering what was going on with them all leaving together.

Yeah, why does that guy keep goading her? It's a head scratchingly dumb tactic from him.

I don't see how Alicia running for State's Attorny will benefit the show at all. I like it as it is - a new case every week and the various internal power struggles and personal storylines.

Nice to see John Boy popping up this week, though :)

Yes! He played the farmer with the GM seed suing his neighbour.

I loved The Waltons back in the day :o

I really don't think I have laughed as much in a long time.

There were so many funny moments in this weeks episode.

    :D
"Our son has had an abortion"
"Tell mum to stop hitting children"
Married Boyfriend in Gay Porn Shocker
The realisation that Governor Bigdick is into the interns mum - not the intern.

Getting funded by a drug dealer seemed like a bit of straightforward business after all that.
