Leg swing mobility

    Hi lads
Just looking for some opinions. I was a doing mobility workout for the first time and noticed that for the front leg swings, there is a significant difference in the height to which I can swing each leg. I can swing my 'good' leg about 8-10 inches higher in front of me than my left. I was wondering if there are other exercises to specifically target this imbalance, or should it rectify itself over time if I keep doing this mobility workout?

I'm not permitted to create a link yet, so the exercise I'm referring to
is 10 Min Full Body Joint Mobility Part 2 Lower Body, Silver Spring, MD on youtube at the 2:25 min mark

    Thanks

Keep doing mobility work and it should bring the 'bad' leg up to par.
