Hey, my sister is just over 3months pregnant and is looking for a safe way to exercise. Obviously there is lots of choice out there but does anyone know of anything that we can do together?

I'm not preggers by the way!!

Swimming was the first thing that popped into my head as will take pressure off her joints as she gets heavier.

There are pregnancy yoga or Pilates classes (which I found brilliant) but you might be able to get a yoga class that will show her how to modify some of the moves. You've to be 15 weeks + to do them.
