One I really fancy tomorrow is Joys Of Spring in the 4:40 at Ascot. I actually put this one into my tracker after watching it last time out and seeing a young apprentice being pulled all over the track by it. My very words were that if this horse got a better jockey who would be able to keep a firm hold and settle it better, then this would win. Well, looks like I've got the best pilot going on it, Ryan Moore takes the reins tomorrow. I know it has class and the straight mile should suit it better rather than a tight track which might let the horse run out wide like it did last time. The major worry in this race though will be Fray, which was only narrowly beaten by Water Hole on its last run, a horse that was narrowly beaten in a group 3 and is now rated 110. Have done Joys Of Spring to win at 7/1 (Corals) and Fray at 3/1 (Powers) to cover my stake.

    Fancy Joys of Spring too.

Oh fingers burnt there. Redvers done at 1.01, in fact when he passed the line the blue side was totally blank

That ground looks very soft at Haydock

Well not very but it's definitely on the easy side

    4.10 Home of The Brave.

Surely Manning is not going for the one ride unless it's supposed to win.

looks the bet of the day to me
on that last night at 6/4, no idea of price now as blocked at work
    could be very good

the current 40/1 available about Maarek EW 4 places 1/4 on Betvictor is huge given the softer ground. I also have Pearl Secret at 33 as well, both will be much better on this softer ground..

Think Hot Streak is a much better price than Pearl Secret. Pearl Secret will never win a gr.1 I think and at the start of the season I thought he might on soft. He had no excuses when Hot Streak beat him earlier in the season and I'd backed Pearl that day

Don't see Maarek figuring but good luck to everybody in the big race.

My two are Baccarat and Professor.

It's surprising that Sole Power isn't on the drift.

Ascot decided to go with Racing UK when their contract with ATR ended.

Money steaming in for Sole Power, going to go off 11/4 or 5/2

4.5 on BF and the bookies cut him to 5/2. Shocking

Crikey, I am sorry I even started this thread.

We'd have all made a few quid if we laid Sole Power. Very few people on this thread fancied him. 5/2 was a very silly price. It would've been a good day to be a bookie at Haydock and have the courage the lay the fav in the Sprint Cup at a decent price.
