knife shopping for the father in law

    Any one have any recommendations on shops or particular knifes ? Im it the navan area and not looking to break the bank but not going cheap either , it would be used for pigeon , rabbits and the odd fox , i found a brilliant online shop but they dont ship out of the us :-(

    Have a look at Brisa.fi good selection and no problem with posting.Why not buy a kit and assemble yourself,personal input into gift.

    They ship to Ireland and no issue with postage.

    +1 for Hennie. Have used them a few times. Everything from cheap to outright bank breakers, but all makes and a serious selection.

    Buy him a nice looking knife within your budget then when he hangs it on his waste hand him a Mora Companion for his coat pocket and see which one gets the most use.:P

    I'll second that,have a look at an Enzo trapper 85 ,on their site,top class,with a choice of steels,grinds,handle finishes and pouches,all for around E100 .
