Think this thread might have become the E-Shop Killer.

    Well maybe

Nah, probably only 50 or 60 of their potential customers will ever read this thread. Joe public will continue to buy from them unaware of the situation.

But we live in hope all the same :P

What should be done is Kanger/Aspire should be notified and let them pursue it.

This is Aspire support answer to the "UNDEFINED" answer:

    Dear Customer,
If it says "undefined",We are sorry to tell you that the products you have bought are fake aspire products, they are not our original.
Or you can send the security code to our service, mail address:service at aspirecig.com,let he or she double checked for you!
    Thank you!

I hope this clears this up a bit...

Anyway... Where do you check the codes? I want to check my stock as well, I got from their authorized distributor.... There is nothing on their website, or I just am to stupid to find it...? :)

Make sure ABP is turned off or the box in the bottom right will not appear

Box is fake. They use plastic real aspire only uses cardboard that's been compressed. Environment and all that

I may be mistaken, but i thought i read that it is only the Nautilus mini that uses the cardboard type packaging.

It looks the real deal. The black is a deep black and the text is of a high quality.

I am still sending it back. i am not taking any chances

I think you could be right moonboy52. If I recall, the inner part holding my nautilus tank was made of plastic. It was the real deal though.

Just purchased from the The Best Shop. Now I just have to wait and see. Does anyone know should the box of replacement coils have a security code as well?

I bought a box of 5 coils from Ezsmoke and it had a scratch off code

This was the address I was given to return it. Not St John's Ave. Not a B&M shop at all just a guy selling out of his house. Nothing against this but he shouldn't give a false address on their website.

Given the way this thread is going , maybe he had good reason to .

The address on the website is the correct address.. Just missing a detail.. I checked out the company registration offices website used the reg number and like Neil it brought up unisave pharmacy in Co. Clare search e-shop and you'll be given 2 results e-shop in John's Avenue and e-shop.ie in dublin..

It might not be a good idea to put someone's home address on the forum like that.

Ye wasn't thinking. I've edited it to remove house number.

In case anyone else makes the same mistake as i did.

I was checking directly on check.aspirecig.com as ABP had the box on the bottom right of Aspire's main page hidden :o

I disabled ABP on the page, entered the code and the popup window then appears saying the code had been used 69 times and not "undefined"

I've spent a good few quid with this site, all has been above board, Dekang juices were fine (as far as Dekang juices can be), eVic security code checks out, Kanger mega aerotank checks out and the delivery is quick. CE5's were a bit cack alright (too tight a draw).

    I don't know, maybe I've been lucky!

I got refunded for the Aerotank and nautilus. I just need to ship back the Vamo and I'll be refunded for this. :)

The guy was more than nice in any e-mails that i received from him.

I hope he sees this and makes a reply as it is his livelihood. He could have just been duped from his supplier with a batch of fake Nautilus's.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,844 ✭✭✭Snake

And fake aerotanks, and fake vamos? I'm sure he acts nice, but I don't think charging people for geniune products and giving them fakes is on at all.

E-shop replied to me saying that next month they are going to be the "first official Irish distributor and the only one of Aspire products from October 2014 in Ireland"
