    Hi
Just picked up a 223 and looking for a nice safe place in the southeast to get onto paper and hopefully push out some distance, new to the centre fire world but do already have a 22 and a shotgun. If anyone knows of somewhere it would be great..

Here is a list of shooting ranges. See which suits your needs best and is closest to you.

    Hey Cass

Just an idea, but could we compile a short list of ranges that will allow centrefires. I often visit Mourne, Fingal, Courtlough, Balheary and while all have rifle ranges none of them are equipped for centrefires. The map is very useful and works well but it doesn't give any details on the facilities available in each.

I was there today, the range is completed and approved by DOJ but still awaiting final approval from AGS. Should be open in the next few weeks.

If ya want to use this thread to post which ranges you all know allow centrefire rifles and at what ranges they can accommodate then i'll compile a list and make a sticky out of it at a later date?
