    Hey has anyone been to quick fitness on the malahide road? I'm really busy lately and it seems like a good alternative to circuits

    I do strength training 4 times a week and play in a band and work full time so I find it hard to put in toning work has anyone any experience as to whether it can help an individual lose body fat and tone?
