Hi has anyone order from the open sales from last Tuesday, 17th? My order status is still Pending Shipment, anyone has any idea? Or has anyone ordered after 17th and have had the order dispatched?

Pending shipment doesn't mean it hasn't been shipped they can be slow to update the order status.
I found the slowest part of the process was parcel motel.

Hi I think we will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped? A bit paranoid here coz I am going on a 3 months backpacking trip in Asia in 2 weeks, just afraid my phone wont arrive on time. Thanks for every replies
