I have searched the forum and cannot find an answer to my query from people who have used this exact product.

Bought the above product in Holland and Barrett.

I am trying to overcome a slight plateau in lifting and the instructions are 3 tablets before exercise and 3 tablets after exercise (4200mg). There is no mention of a loading phase and my query is as follows:

Has anyone tried a loading phase using these Creatine capsules and if so any advice / feedback on how it went?

You don't need a loading phase for creatine.

And if anyone's qualified to speak about precision engineering.... :)

Think I would rather have a nice steak tbh.

1kg of raw steak for 4.5 grams? Cooking it degrades the creatine so you'd need even more than that if you like it warm. Think I'd rather a teaspoon of powder in my water...

Loading will make the creatine work quicker, but 4.2g is not a loading dosage.
