^The last car there is probably the coolest looking modified car you have posted in here imo...!

Finally someone gets it hahaha. Just think of the epic 8-Track collection you'd have to own to run something like that everyday. Suprised there wasn't some hardcore German rock playing when I saw it roll out later on. Here's the MK2 equilivent that I'm still absolutely weak for.

As a badge wearing, card carrying Veedub fanatic I loved your pics.

Was there any Golf Countys there? Ive only ever saw one and I think it was in Jersey when I was a young'n in the early 90s

I went there as a just pure petrol head and was blown away. Im sure if you went as a total Veedub nut though its absolute Mecca and the amount of subtle mods and swaps would just overlad you. It's that incredible. There were very few Country's about, mabye 2/3 at most that I saw of at least

Looking out from Sorrento Terrace in Dalkey, yesterday. A bit rough but sure aren't we all.

I used to do a bit of work in that house before the boom and he's had that from new, I was working upstairs one day and looked out the window to see Eddie Irvine getting out of a Ferrari 288 gto. Alas it was in the days before camera phones.

Im just going to put it out there that I've never seen anything as perfect as this Golf. Genuinely, If I could have got through to the bank I'd have bought this car on the spot. I spent 15 mins walking around it and couldnt find a single blemish. Say what you want about modded classics but whens the last time you've seen something soo perfect??

Well... the good thing is, that it's just a golf. If someone would irreversibly mod an Espada that would be a tragedy.

He was bankrupt when we worked there too but it never stopped his family from buying up all the big houses in the area, still it must be tough to have to hold on to the same car for 18 years.

The Cortina is a 2.3i Ghia. Apologies for the crappy pic on the Volvo.

Also spotted a black over wine Firenza on a flatbed around the Carrickmines area on the M50
