I thought the tec 12 only came in a 20" barrel? With a long enough barrel It would be restricted because of the pistol grip and as for semi/pump, tick either or ask your FO.

Regardless of barrel length (anything under 24" is restricted) the pistol grip makes it restricted. This means the application goes to the Chief Super rather than the Super. If a Super were to sign off on the application it would stand void.

This means you need to show why this type off gun is needed over a non pistol grip shotgun.

As for which to go with. If it does both then tick both and add a note with the application to say it can be fired as a semi auto or pump.

If it dosent have a pistol grip or a barrel less than 24" and can only hold 3 rounds including the one in the chamber then it would be unrestricted.
