    hi.i have heard on the media a few times recently about laughter yoga and heard of all the benefits it has.i am willing to try anything once but i cant find anywhere it is held on in cork city..there seems to be a places in Dublin but i live in cork..anyone know any place???

    I'd rather watch a comedy than pay someone to tell me when to laugh. Sounds mental.

    They claim it'll improve your mood. So will 'actual exercise'.

    thanks.i have seen that site before and it seems to offer workshops only,where as i am looking for a weekly class like in dublin
