starting from scratch

    Hi,
    Am a 29 yo male, decent health, but very unfit. I have zero interest in running - tried it before and gave up, hated it.

    Can anyone recommend a way to get started to getting fit, dont have any spare cash so something in my bedroom for free would be ideal! I own two two 3kg weights thats all :)

    Look into bodyweight exercises - convict conditioning for example. Buy a pull up bar or some rings.
